The privacy notices of Cor Health help you to understand what we do with your personal data, why we use it, whom we share it with, how long we keep it and the rights that you have pertaining to the services we offer. Our privacy notices will tell you the following: 

  • Purpose: We process your information to help employers ensure their employee health and well-being and meet legal requirements.
  • Lawful basis: We rely on legitimate interests and special category conditions for processing your information.
  • Information collected: We collect personal and sensitive information, including health information, from employees and employers.
  • Information sharing: We share employee information with their employer and other healthcare professionals with consent or when required by law.
  • Data storage: We store our occupational health records for six years and health surveillance records for 40 years.
  • Information security: We use measures to protect personal information.
  • Your rights: Users of our services have rights to access, rectify, erase, and restrict processing of data.
  • Contact us: If you have questions reading our privacy policies, please contact our Data Protection Officer.

As we process your information for the purpose of Occupational Health and wellbeing services, we cannot erase these records. You may, however, request that we erase personal information such as an email address, if we are still able to identify your Occupational Health record.

  • Right to restrict – when you have contested the accuracy of your personal data, your right to restrict processing will be automatically implemented.  That means we’ll hold your personal data on file, but won’t not process it.
  • Right to data portability – you have the right to ask us for electronically moving, copying or transferring your personal data in a machine-readable format.
  • Right to object – In specific circumstances, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time.  
  • Right to withdraw consent –As we process your information for the purpose of Occupational Health, we have a legitimate reason to process your information and do not rely on consent. However, if we inform you prior that we rely on consent as a legal basis to process any of your information, then you may withdraw your consent at any time.
